The Front Office Assistant will handle a variety of tasks, from managing phone calls and correspondence to organizing and maintaining office records. Responsibilities

• Reception and Customer Service:
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
• Provide information and assistance to callers and visitors.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain and update office records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Manage appointment schedules for conference rooms and executives.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and other appointments as needed.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for staff when necessary.
• Communication:
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Requirements
