The Opportunity
You’ll support a team of 6 recruiters by driving candidate generation strategies to source the best technical talent.

Much of the role is candidate centric and involves you:
Researching and suggesting new channels of advertising and actively seeking out innovative ways of recruiting and sourcing candidates. You’ll help accelerate our team’s evolution by driving rigor into systems and processes across our team.
You’ll support our talent team to continually drive and enhance the candidate experience, and will assess a high volume of candidate applications as you continue to build our talent pipeline.
