We are relentless in bringing the best and brightest minds from around the world; Our team conducts thoughtful and sophisticated candidate interviews that methodically explore a candidate’s full range of capabilities and aspirations.
Your expertise will be well utilised to:

• Develop strong relationships with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role or team, in addition to thinking through fit for our unique culture
• Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent
• Define and deliver a search strategy with creative multi-channel sourcing
• Effective partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams on a global scale
• Language Skills: Ukrainian or Russian Advantageous

This is a remote working role joining the global team across, Australia, Europe, India, China and America.
