The Role
Ownership of the HR system and guidance material (super user status)
Communicate useful elements as and when system upgrades happen
Responsibility for the full onboarding and offboarding administration processes
Responsible for contract preparation, and all employee documentation according to local legislation (e.g. reference letters, promotion letters, maternity admin, leaves etc)
Ensuring all on-boarding/off-boarding material is up to date at all times, revamping material if necessary
Ensure all required equipment is available on an employee’s first day and returned on final day
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices
Ensuring records are accurately updated and maintained for new hires/leavers
Creation of monthly reporting
All general HR filing and archiving according to legal length of retainment
Respond to general employee HR queries via the HR inbox in a timely fashion
Escalate any issues to the HRM/HRA for advise and support as required
Administration of global benefits and supporting the HRM with the renewal process as required
Responding to any employee queries regarding benefits, with guidance from the HRM/HRA where necessary
Recruitment and Selection across the business and ensure costs are limited by direct recruitment activity
Issuing all mandatory training as required and ensuring its completion by employees, escalating to HRM/HRA for non-compliance
Support the HR Manager on initiatives to ensure effective roll out across the Group
Supports projects and creates standard work to improve HR processes on a global level
Assist with the application of the HR Road Map each year alongside
Assist when required at disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings as a note taker
General support for the HR Department by dealing with the day-to-day administration
Qualifications
It would be advantageous to have CIPD HR accreditation but this is not essential
Previous Experience and Skills Required
Administration experience
Highly organised with the ability to work in busy working environment
Ability to build relationships positively and collaboratively
Innovative, adaptable, professional and dedicated attitude
You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work
