WiredPeople, Inc Hiring for Public Health Coordinator at Tallahassee, FL Full Time

WiredPeople is looking for a Public Health Coordinator to join our public health team. This role is part-time, between 10-20 hours per week, and will operate remotely from Florida.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate outreach presentations within different Hospitals.
• Work with a group of Physician Ambassadors.
• Assist in getting specific forms, activity logs, travel forms submitted in a timely fashion from the Physician Ambassadors.
• Develop meeting agendas, facilitate meetings and take meeting notes.
• Send out monthly data reminders, check data system for completeness, follow up to facilitate complete monthly ing on objectives.
• Assist in preparing presentations.
• Schedule monthly meetings to provide update(s) on progress, barriers encountered and develop action plans for the upcoming week.
• Document best practices and communicate this information to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain existing member lists to ensure they are updated, kept current and stored in a central location.
• Implement and maintain a tracking system to record the activity to help ensure a minimum level of activity and functioning.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of public health practice.
• Must have at least one year of experience with strategic planning, meeting facilitation, partner engagement, and handling multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, high-energy attitude.
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skillset.
