Winterwood Tutors Hiring for Tutor Manager Job at London, England Full Time

Company: Winterwood Group Limited is a leading educational consultancy and tutoring service, offering face-to-face tuition and online learning. Based in central London, the company offers tutors and consultancy services in the U.K. and internationally.

The Role: The Tutor Manager would report to our Operations Manager, and work alongside our client managers. The role is part-time, and although it is a five day per week job, two days per week will be work-from-home. The Tutor Manager will be responsible for helping to match tutors to families, coordinating tutor recruitment, arranging interviews and meeting and liaising with tutors to ensure that they feel valued and respected. The Tutor Manager will also need to ensure our tutor information is up to date, screen tutors by checking references, and help to arrange enhanced DBS checks.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar capacity in the tutor industry before. Educational experience is desirable, as is a proven ability to manage people and coordinate schedules. Administrative experience is vital, and an understanding and proficiency with administration and calendar systems is essential. The candidate needs to be well organised, self motivated, and positive and friendly, and to be educated to degree level.

Salary: £46,000.00 per year
