POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Race Crew Supervisors / Races and Events Manager, the ‘Race Crew’ will assist with the preparation and production of events at Winter Park Resort in alpine, freestyle skiing, freeride, snowboarding, and big mountain events. These events may include sanctioned international, national, divisional, collegiate, high school, marketing, employee, private groups, and club events. ‘Race Crew’ members are expected to act in an official capacity at most events. This employee will be required to satisfactorily complete the WPRA snowmobile licensing course and maintain a current snowmobile operator’s license. This is a job for an advanced skier, who enjoys working out on the hill and takes pride in being part of a team. One of the primary facets of this position is mountainside fencing in all conditions. The ‘Race Crew’ will follow all Winter Park policies and procedures, all applicable laws (federal, state, and local), and all health and sanitation codes.

WAGE:
The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resorts hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Winter Park Resorts total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include many region-specific benefits.
