- 10 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
- This person must have experience with Financial statements
- Must have 10+ years of G/L Accounting experience including
- This person should have exp. with supervising a staff
- Experience with Design Manager a plus
- SUBMITING A WEEKLY PAYROLL, FILING OF WEEKLY AND QUATERLY PAYROLL TAXES
- MANAGE THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND HANDLE ACCOUNTS PAYABALE, INCLUDING ENTERING INVOICES FOR PAYMENT, CHECK RUNS, WIRE TRANSFERS
- FILING COMMERCIAL RENT TAX, MONTHLY SALES AND QUARTERLY SALES TAX
- Able to RECONCILE AND SUBMIT MONTH END AND YEAR END REPORTS TO ACCOUNTING FIRM
- Out of Apparel/ interior design a plus
