Marketing & Content Coordinator

insignia is excited to be growing their Marketing team and is seeking an energetic and talented Marketing & Contents Coordinator to join our highly collaborative close-knit team where teamwork is really the dreamwork! We are seeking a smart, agile, creative coordinator who likes to write content and organise events to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and priorities are continuously changing.

About the role:

This is a great opportunity to roll up your sleeves and contribute to marketing projects within insignia. ing to the Marketing Team Leader you will help produce engaging written content that will be used across multiple platforms to promote the insignia brand. There will also be a wide range of marketing activities such as event organisation, administrative, market research and lots of working with other internal teams that will keep this opportunity challenging, varied and interesting!

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development and distribution of content under the direction of the Marketing Team Leader
• Assist with page content development and coordination of assets on the insignia website
• Manage visual asset library and work with external designers to produce marketing graphics and collateral
• Assist in the development of content for multiple formats, including LinkedIn, video and web
• Contribute to the coordination of Trade Shows, internal events, management of promotional products and brand initiatives
• Work with external digital partners for SEO activities
• Managing workflow across variety of digital platforms such as the Microsoft suite, Trello, CRM software

About you:

• A Tertiary qualification in Marketing/PR/ Communication
• A basic understanding of contemporary digital marketing strategies, tactics, and an overall working knowledge of direct marketing, particularly with regards to B2B systems and processes
• Experienced at drafting engaging business content
• Enjoy teamwork and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure, handle competing priorities, meet deadlines, and use time management skills to drive activities through to completion
• Adobe suite experience is highly regarded
