Wings of Love, Inc Bird Shows Hiring for Animal Care Specialist for EXOTIC BIRDS at Pleasant Hill, MO Full Time

First, you must be a big animal lover and be able to walk, carry a hose around, chop vegetables, wash dishes and serve food/water to large and small parrots.
You would be working inside a building with lovely exotic birds who have been trained to do shows. They roller skate, ride a high-wire bicycle, play basketball, spell words, raise the flag, speak on cue, sing several songs, etc. They have been on AGT, Jay Leno and Pet Star.
These are beautiful intelligent and social birds. You will fall in love with some of them. They need fresh fruits and vegetables cut up daily, food/water bowls washed and replenished, dropped food on floor squeeged and swept (we feed leftover to chickens) and the concrete floor power sprayed daily.
We will teach you everything you need to know. If you don’t have experience with birds that is OK. This will take approximately 4 hours to do.

Pay: From $40.00 per day

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• After school
• Day shift
• Weekend availability
