Through membership of our exclusive online wine club, our customers have the unique chance to connect directly to specialist merchants, distilleries and vineyards from all around the world.

We believe that by cutting out the middle man and offering endless access to world-class producers of wine, we are giving our customers the best and most distinct experience available in the world of wine today. And we love doing it!

Winebuyers Group have been going through an extensive period of change in the last month and are now entering a large growth phase, having recently onboarded a number of fantastic new suppliers, not to mention many new customers, we are now at the exciting stage where we are ready to add another awesome new member to our team.

Reporting directly to our CEO, and working closely with our Head of HR you will be responsible for the effective sourcing, screening and onboarding of our new team members. We are a small, dedicated and growing team where you will have tonnes of support. You will attend weekly team meetings, work closely with wider teams and will have regular opportunity to input ideas, challenge colleagues and continually develop.

Main Accountabilities..

· Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements.

· Manage the entire recruitment process, optimising all recruitment channels.

· Develop recruiting strategies based on business requirements to source specific technical and professional candidates.

· Maintain industry knowledge, employment trends, and recruiting strategies to attract highly desired talent.

· Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing & best practices.

· Perform comprehensive research to provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

· Optimise recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.

· Support internal teams to ensure effective onboarding of new starters.

Experience

You definitely have..

• Previous experience of Talent sourcing
• Experience of developing recruitment strategies
• Experience of working with online businesses

You might have..

· Experience in the wine industry

· Previous experience in eCommerce

· A Bachelor’s degree
