Salary: $60,000-$90,000/year (base + commission)
A Day in the Life of a Motorcycle Sales Associate
As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales. In the car business, you are selling something people need: transportation; here, you are selling what people want: passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom.
Duties Include:
- Exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks in to when they leave
- Create and exceed new and used sales opportunities
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
- Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
- Keeping the CRM System updated
- Maintaining a clean, appealing showroom floor
- Sell and provide the fun and excitement of the Harley-Davidson brand
