Windward Recruiting is seeking a remote-based recruiter to source the most qualified candidates in the Wealth and Finance Industry, and there’s never been a better time than now. What You’ll Do

· Sourcing for qualified candidates and building talent pipelines within wealth and finance

· Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, PCRecruiter, Leopard Legal, RingCentral, etc.

· Establish relationships with candidates

· Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly quotas

· Clearly communicating job responsibilities and industry to candidates

· Crafting a comprehensive verbal and written summary to accompany candidate submittals to the Director of Recruiting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
