Windwalker Group Hiring for ID Card Operator at Fort Rucker, AL Full Time

The ID Card Operator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations within at Fort Novosel, Alabama. They will assist with file management, data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks as assigned by their supervisor.

The position will be on call/ PT.

• Filing and document management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring all documents are accurately labeled and easily accessible. Retrieve files as needed and update records as required.

• Data entry: Input data into spreadsheets, databases, or other computerized systems. Ensure accuracy and completeness of entered information. Generate s and perform data analysis as needed.

• Record keeping: Maintain records of correspondence, documents, and other important information. Ensure records are organized, up to date, and easily retrievable.

• Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with incoming and outgoing mail. Provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate resources as needed.

• Scheduling and coordination: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate logistics, such as booking meeting rooms, arranging for equipment setup, and managing guest lists.

• Office supplies and equipment: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure office equipment, such as computers, printers, and copiers

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
