We’re Recruiting Home Care Assistants
All of our care and support is personal centred

We want our clients to have Care and Support in the home that they love.

No experience? We deliver our own in house training to guide and encourage you to be the best you can.
You will gain a Skills for Care accredited training Level 1 for free!


We will be there to help support you from day one.

We pay fortnightly, with good hourly rate and mileage for all calls, from the start of your Windrush Care Journey.

Hourly Pay Rates:
Weekends £12.80

Mileage 0.30p per mile for all calls

Bank Holidays will be paid at enhanced standard daily rate.

  • We will pay this back to you after completion of 3 months.


Hours:
Currently looking for people who can work Weekends – Mornings and or evenings
Come and have a chat with us and we can talk about hours with you, we are pretty flexible.
If you would like other days as well, come and ask us.
We cover calls Cheltenham and surrounding areas
Refer a friend and earn up to £400.00 subject to terms and conditions

  • Right to work in UK
  • Driving license and access to vehicle
  • On update DBS system or would need you to complete a new DBS check
  • Genuine desire to care for others
  • Reliable, compassionate, honest and patient
  • To be resident in and around Gloucestershire
