Window Cleaning Calgary is a local home servicing business that provides: Window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, siding cleaning and sealing services.

We are a seasonal business that looks for hard working people to bring to our team. We specialize in helping our staff build leadership skills through home servicing.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking person to join our team in offering exceptional window cleaning and home services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the business book in clients for the summer season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a team and strive to provide an excellent sales experience to the businesses clients.
• Perform outreach via phone calls utilizing our client management system.
• Utilize our bookings system to correctly provide estimates to the clients on behalf of the business.
• Receive constant training and education regarding being an exceptional phone salesperson.
• Ensure that all bookings are correctly inputted into the system.
• Ensure that they are hitting the goals of the business.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in any sales type roles is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic
• Open to coaching and learning the sales process of the business
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
