With coverage all across Australia, from large distribution centres in major cities to smaller offices in regional towns, our network of 200+ drivers delivers over 50,000 Winc boxes to customers every working day.

We are looking for a driven Internal Account Manager to maintain and develop strong relationships with customers in our Education vertical.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, utilising industry and customer data to drive insight and create customer development plans. You will be working with existing customers (no cold calling) and be supported by a high performing and close-knit team!

Key Accountabilities:

• Managing the retention and profitability of our customers
• Developing and maintaining a strong business relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing expert knowledge in the Education industry including products, systems and unique value propositions
• Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle

Skills & Experience Required

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Track record of success in achieving targets
• Successful client management skills
• Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering savings to the customer and profit for Winc.
• Consultative and solution-focus selling skills
• Intermediate financial acumen
• B2B experience and industry knowledge desirable but not essential
• Strong teamwork skills
