About the Role:

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face of our practice, providing outstanding customer service and guiding patients through their orthodontic journey.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building trusting relationships with new patients and their families
• Expertly communicating treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Following up with patients and ensuring a seamless experience
• Leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills to create a warm, welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required
• Prior dental/orthodontic experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
• X-Ray Certification is a plus, but not required
