We are looking for a someone with a strong HR business partnering focus, driving the HR agenda and enabling the business to succeed. You will be able to understand and interpret business requirements and use your insight to influence and tailor HR plans, policies and projects which align to both the Wilson James strategic journey and that of our client.
Your ability to provide expert advice, coaching and influencing to ensure delivery of a best-in-class customer service that supports the needs of our client, whilst maximising operational effectiveness and delivering value for money is key.
What you will be doing:
Develop, define and manage the people strategy and plans for our client and ensure adoption of a best practice approach
Work with key stakeholders of our client and the wider Wilson James HR team to understand critical resource requirements, whilst ensuring the development of solutions that anticipate and meet both current and future operational needs
Encourage on client growth and business change projects in partnership with the senior leadership teams and key stakeholders; act as a catalyst for driving and delivering business change and continuous improvement, actively seeking new ideas and feedback to enable progress and growth
Monitor workforce trends, analyse data and provide business insight to support appropriate initiatives. Ensure processes provide solutions and enhance achievement and delivery of our clients objectives for workforce planning and talent management, providing challenge as appropriate
Together with senior leaders establish the overall approach and culture of employee relations activity. Generate the building of trust, confidence and respect between the sector and employees
Lead on the development of specific employee relations plans and engagement strategies that deliver and support business plans and objectives
Provide coaching to and influence managers at all levels in relation to people and business matters to support the business ambition for them to become change agents and effect positive behavioural change across the organisation
Provide employment law and policy advice as required
Demonstrate a commitment to the promotion of equality and diversity within the business
What we can offer you:
Salary of £56,890 per annum. This role will be primarily site based with flexibility for home working as required.
Hours: Permanent, Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:30pm, 42.5 hours a week

Required Experience/Skills
Proven experience of operating at a Business Partner Level
Credible and confident with a proven ability to deliver results that add value and fit with the values of the organisation
Demonstrate solid judgement and experience of assessing risk relevant to the business
Stakeholder management and relationship skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in the management and leadership team
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise task execution based on business needs
Must be able to work independently as this role is based remotely from the wider HR team
Self-motivated with strong presentation and clear, influential communication and problem-solving skills
An ability to demonstrate proactive and innovative thinking introducing this to the workplace
Up to date knowledge of UK Employment legislation and best practice
