What you’ll do:
Take direction from the SVP of HR (US based) to build strategy and processes relevant to each regions’ needs and business goals
Manage the HR operations and partner with the Payroll Manager (US based) to coordinate payroll operations in EMEA and APAC for approximately 75 employees’ total
Manage local HR, benefits, and payroll relationships across the regions, coordinating with Finance and local teams where needed
Support our learning and development initiatives to deliver a comprehensive programme of training to develop highly skilled and motivated teams
Be a champion for our strong inclusive values-based culture and drive positive employee engagement through effective initiatives
Oversee remuneration schemes, benefits, payroll, contracts, and all administration related to our employees
Work with the in-house recruitment team to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires
Maintain and update company policies to ensure compliance and best practise is followed
Revamp legacy processes and procedures to ensure our People Operations function is prepared to support our growing globally distributed workforce
What you have:
Experience as a Senior HR Generalist for EMEA and APAC, ideally in fintech environment
Working with globally distributed, work-from-home teams of various sizes
Demonstrated knowledge of EMEA and APAC employment-related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to tackle HR projects and initiatives, on a global scale, with minimal supervision
Proactive problem solver and disciplined self-starter that thrives in an ambiguous environment with ever-changing priorities
Experience managing third-party HR/payroll vendors
Experience dealing with key stakeholders
Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
M&A due diligence and integration experience preferred
Payroll experience for EMEA and APAC preferred
