Talent Acquisition Specialist

Full Time $55-60,000 Annually

Required Availability / Schedule :

8 hours per day (Mon-Fri) between the hours of 7 : 30 am- 6pm.

Flexible scheduling during the Mon-Fri work week available.

Schedule determined by / with supervisor.

Qualifications : A bachelor’s degree in human resources or other field of study with SHRM or HRCI Certification (AND) minimum 3 years full time experience in a recruiting / talent acquisition role.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all aspects of recruiting and hiring with a variety of positions with an emphasis on employee retention and promotion of a positive work culture.

Requirements :

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Ability to post and navigate online job postings.
• Ability to navigate and operate within the applicant tracking software.
• Proven track record in time management, organizational skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency in the hiring process.
• Reliable transportation, current vehicle insurance and valid driver’s license for attendance at job fairs and other recruiting / retention related activities.
• Ability to apply applicable employment law to all recruiting processes and decision making.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities :

• Identify Agency Employment Needs
• Establish and Maintain Creative Recruitment Sourcing Strategies
• Manage Interview Process for all positions including conducting daily interviews for entry level Direct Support Professional positions ensuring good fit with client needs.
• Fulfill HRIS Management and Administrative Functions related to recruiting.
• Actively Promote a Positive Work and Agency Culture with focus on retention.
