Production and logistic coordinator

Due to business needs, we are looking for a candidate can travel to China to supervise our hotel projects’ furniture production in the site of China manufacturer’s site. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Production / Logistics Coordinator:

Responsibilities And Duties

· Act as a production processing supervision and check the production on the manufacturing site located in China. Coordinate teams including Project manager, production team, and ocean forwarder.

· Address any production and logistics issues. Inspect production for various quality flaws to ensure the quality.

· Maintain production and delivery schedule.

· Schedule and arrange the ocean freight.

· Coordinating the truck company and factory with loading containers as needed from time to time.

· Issue and track shipping documents and packing slips.

Qualifications And Skills

Speak fluent mandarin.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be able to read metric and imperial tape measures

Visa Requirements: Due to the travel restriction to China during Covid 19, candidate must be legally eligible to go to China and work in China during the Covid 19.

Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
