JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a small healthcare organization, is seeking a recruiter/talent partner to assist with recruitment and the development & execution of innovative recruitment approaches/SOP’s. This position will also be responsible for identifying strategies for targeted recruiting to enhance our diverse workforce. The incumbent will also utilize their recruiting experience to support the organizations human capital/talent management system implementation. This is a fully remote position. Contract with potential for perm conversion.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the creation of effective recruitment plans based on operating need and objectives.
· Operate with a sense of urgency in attracting high caliber talent for open positions.
· Create and implement a sourcing and recruitment plan for Senior Level roles within the organization.
· Consult and partner with hiring managers to identify appropriate sourcing strategies, recruitment plan development and implementation, best practice interviewing methods, applicant screening and candidate assessment criteria.
· Identify and utilize new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
· Support the development of aggressive sourcing methods to identify the best talent using multiple channels with an intentional focus on attracting diverse and inclusive talent.
· Educate and advise hiring managers of recruiting policies and guidelines.
· Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
· Negotiate compensation packages for the candidate of choice, while being mindful of internal equity and external markets.
· Extend offers of employment to the candidate of choice.
· Conduct position driven background screening for new hires.
· Collaborate with internal team to support all talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives designed to improve overall service delivery.
· Ensure recruitment and selection processes are in accordance with state and federal guidelines and diversity initiatives.
· Ensure the effective implementation of talent acquisition processes in accordance with policies, practices, EEO and other legal requirements.
· Support ATS technology, integrated recruitment support systems to ensure efficient process flow.
· Support employer branding, visibility and organizational reputation efforts.
· Perform other duties as required.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
· 5-7 years of full cycle talent acquisition/recruiting experience, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
· Demonstrated commitment to inclusive hiring practices
· Highly proficient with applicant tracking/talent management systems
· Knowledge and familiarity with relevant legislation governing recruitment.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).
