Our innovative and engineering intensive household name client is seeking a new Head of Talent. This person will lead a team of 10+ Talent professionals seeking to build upon an inclusive talent-focused culture where all employees can thrive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to reimagine and modernize their recruiting function as needed to enable them to meet its transformation and growth aspirations. You will serve as a member of the Senior HR Leadership team reporting directly to the Chief People Officer. You will have the opportunity to integrate your knowledge of innovative, proven talent acquisition tools, technologies, and best practices for attracting dynamic and diverse talent.

Qualifications
· Extensive experience in talent acquisition including deploying talent acquisition strategies enterprise wide; experience in technology and/or recruiting agency a plus
· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required
· Experience in development full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
· Experience in sourcing and hiring roles jobs at all levels.
· Demonstrated data-driven decision making; leveraging analytics to inform strategy
· Prior experience and involvement working on DEI&B initiatives
· Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition changes (e.g., employer branding, internship, reporting and analytics changes)
· Proven track record for identifying and securing top talent
· Demonstrated strategic thinking skills; ability to translate strategy into practical actions
· Ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively in a highly collaborative environment.
· Demonstrated ability and passion for innovation, openness to external ideas and knowledge of talent best practices.
· Ability to remain flexible and resilient in a fast-paced, everchanging environment.
Compensation
· $250-285k plus STI plus LTI
· Onsite Requirement: 2-3 days/week in Framingham, MA
