Willits Modern Dentistry Hiring for Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) at Willits, CA Full Time

Willits Modern Dentistry is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant looking for a career with our dedicated staff in a fun and modern general dentistry office! Come join a team that prides itself in being the best part of their patients’ day!

Job Duties:

• Prepare treatment rooms
• Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures
• Able to perform 6 handed chair side assisting
• Greet and prepare patients for treatment
• Perform patient charting and ensure patient charts are complete and include necessary forms before performing treatment
• Clean/Sterilize instruments without cross contamination
• Take patient records (pano, cone beam, PA’s and bitewings, etc.)
• Take impressions for dental appliances
• Perform equipment maintenance
• Stock and maintain clinical work area
• Work in a fast pace environment while multitasking and learning quickly
• Participate in activities outside of the office, including training, community involvement, team building events etc.
• Maintain a welcoming and attractive office environment
• Maintain confidentiality of businesses and client information

Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• Outgoing, energetic, and fun personality
• 1-2 years experience as a Registered Dental Assistant Preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Multilingual, Spanish, preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
