Willis White Associates Looking for Structural Design Engineer at Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire Full Time

Our client is an established and respected firm of Consulting Engineers with a wide and varied workload in the building structures sector. They are looking to appoint several key staff appointments to compliment their existing, successful team.

Intermediate Structural Design Engineer

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience as a structural Design Engineer in the design of all common building materials. You must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, as you will need to converse effectively with both members of your team as well as external clients. Some knowledge of BIM would be desirable.

Typically, our client’s workload includes:

• Design of structures, including large framed commercial, education and residential projects
• Foundation design and assessment

For the Structural Design Engineer role, you will have excellent communication skills, be ambitious with a desire to progress your career. Our client will provide excellent ongoing training towards Chartership and a generous salary package. This will be negotiable depending on the individual’s level of experience and ability, but likely to be in the region of £30-40,000 p.a.
