Due to major growth Williams Lea seeks a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team!
Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms. Due to a recent and exciting business change we are looking to increase our headcount in our talent team. Initially a 6 month contract, ideally with the option to extend to a permanent role dependant on business requirements.

The Job:
Working in the Talent Team alongside 3 other advisors and reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager – this role is a great opportunity for someone who has worked either within an agency or in house. The role is offered on a fully remote basis, but it would be beneficial if the person could commute to Norwich, Leeds or Manchester.
The role sits within our HR function and the department is collaborative and filled with experts who can offer advice where needed. No two days are ever the same.
The successful person will be joining during a period of rapid growth and change, as such we need someone who can hit the ground running and who enjoys working in a fast paced and business environment.
Duties will include:
– Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs
– Screening Resumes
– Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
– Provide interview feedback
-Negotiating job offers
– Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
– Headhunting for job positions
– Offering advice to line managers on the job market and conducting research where needed
– Processing new hires on our internal system workday
– Working with external providers to ensure all applicants are vetted to our security screening levels
The Experience:
· Good organisational skills, ability to work in a busy and ever changing environment
· Previous recruitment experience essential
· Ability to interact with senior managers within the organisation in a professional manner
· Available to initially work on a 6 month contract
