Job Description

Williams Group Financial provides full service financial accounting to Optometric Doctors around the nation to assist them in making important business decisions. As part of the team, you would be involved in, and gain experience, on a variety of financial aspects in a business. By processing both the financial books and payroll for clients, you will have an in-depth knowledge of the business and be able to communicate with the client any areas for improvement or provide answers to questions they may have.

Responsibilities

• Classify transactions daily
• Processing payroll, payroll taxes, and benefit plans
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Produce Quarterly Financial Statements and Benchmarks
• Communicate with clients and provide Ad Hoc services

Qualifications

• Basic accounting and business knowledge, as well as a great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, including working with and responding to multiple clients daily
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer and web-based knowledge; Experience with Excel
• Fast keyboard and typing skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online (Preferred)

Schedule

• Full Time
• 8AM – 5PM Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,600.00 – $48,680.00 per year
