William & Reeves Commercial Real Estate Hiring for Office Manager/Executive Assistant Full Time

William & Reeves https://wrcre.com is a commercial real estate firm established in 2007, specializing in office and industrial real estate brokerage, investment, portfolio asset management, the representation of investors, sellers, landlords, and tenants, as well as the development and redevelopment of various types of real estate throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

The person in this position will work closely with the Principal Broker on a wide variety of assignments and help manage and prioritize transactions, workload, and tasks, perform analyses, and communicate with industry colleagues and clients. They will also assist with the coordination and monitoring of ground-up development projects and pro-formas.

Benefits and Pay Range:

• Starting annual salary between $55,000 and $75,000 depending on experience/ qualifications and overall fit for the position
• Potential for profit sharing based on experience and contribution level
• Two weeks PTO annually to start

• Full Time, primarily in-office, Monday through Friday, timing can be flexible within reason if determined in advance (e.g., 9-5, 8-4, 7-3).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist Principal Broker in prioritizing and performing tasks including drafting proposals, various agreements, performing analyses, and proformas
• Assist Principal Broker in the coordination and execution of a wide variety of real estate transactions
• Contact area brokers to coordinate building access for clients and prospective tenants and obtain information on various properties
• General office management/administration and bookkeeping duties
• Manage accounts payable and receivable for various business and business owner’s personal accounts
• Research and prepare market data, property information, materials / handouts for property site visits and tours

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ideal applicant will be outgoing, versatile, thoughtful, exceptionally well-organized, and have a talent for helping others stay on-track and organized
• A high level of trustworthiness and a strong work-ethic is a must as the position requires independent work at times.
• Bookkeeping experience preferred (Quick-books on-line)
• Marketing experience or aptitude is a plus
• Experience with or exposure to Commercial Real Estate ideal, but not required
• New Hampshire and or Massachusetts Salesperson license not required
• Position requires a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word and digital file management.
