Position
Our people are passionate and innovative experts in their fields and at the heart of our business success. We are looking to welcome a new HR Business Partner to deliver a critical, highly valued contribution to all people and culture related aspects of the organisation.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition– work closely with Managers and our In-house Recruiter to identify, acquire, access and onboard talented individuals to our organisation.
Employee Development and Talent Management – help coordinate the performance and development process across the Group. You will be committed to facilitating activity that equip people with the skills to grow the business and tools to grow their careers.
Employee Wellness– share in our commitment to supporting mental health issues and contribute to the development of our varied wellness programme. You will support managers in dealing with absence related issues in their teams.
Employee Relations – confidently contribute to and implement reorganisations. Competently and compassionately deal with disciplinary and grievance issues.
Pay & Benefits – management and review of compensation and benefits. You will also need the patience and attention to detail for hands on processing of monthly payroll and pension admin.
Required Skills and Experience:
You will be someone who strives to make a positive difference and brings fresh ideas. You will thrive on building strong relationships feel equally at home finding creative solutions as processing routine data and reporting information. You will relish autonomy and decision-making but ultimately will enjoy being part of a team who believe above all in learning together and supporting one another.
This is an HR generalist role ideal for candidates qualified at level 7. To balance other specialisms within our team we would particularly welcome deeper experience and interest of talent acquisition and talent management.

We have offices in Gatwick and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Crawley office and to work remotely for the rest of the week. Monthly travel to our London office and very occasional travel to other global offices is also required.
We are ideally looking for someone to work on a full-time basis. We would, however, never let hours come between us and our perfect colleague so please talk to us if you’d like to explore part time or flexible options.
