The Role:

Aviation Finance Associate – London – Associate/Senior Associate JOB REF 1398/3RT

Our client is currently looking to recruit an established lawyer with aviation leasing and finance experience ideally coupled with other asset class exposure.

The practice has a strong reputation in the sector with a variety of originated and referred mandates including:

• Negotiation of aircraft purchase agreements with the major OEMs
• Leasing of aircraft and engines, both finance and operating
• Helicopter financings
• Business jet financings
• Buying and selling aircraft and engines

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years PQE.
• Broad range of aviation finance experience to include experience of handling aviation finance matters across numerous countries and jurisdictions.
• Following of clients and contacts would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Marketing and business development experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Good knowledge of the global aviation sector
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills – essential.
