Talent Acquisition Partner – Specialist
Are you passionate and experienced in Talent Acquisition?
If so we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who’ll be responsible for attracting the most talented candidates to work at William Hill from either our Leeds or London office with a very flexible approach to time with the business or working from home.
Based in the UK, the role reports into the Talent Director, and is part of our Talent division within our People practice. You’ll be working collaboratively with the rest of the talent team and beyond, using the William Hill brand, our suppliers, and your knowledge and creativity to find the talent that is the best fit for the organisation.

Your responsibility will be to acquire talent for our specialist roles within the UK, Gibraltar and Poland. As our partner for specialist talent, you’ll be responsible for roles within our product & technology, group operations and customer operations businesses.
This covers a diverse range of roles; from senior leaders to developers to company secretaries. We have roles which require very niche skills and are extremely sought after in today’s market and you’ll be expected to manage both permanent and contingent talent across a variety of provider and contract types, and be ready to develop campaigns and processes to reach talent with the right skills, attitude and behaviours.
You’ll also work closely with our providers to ensure they deliver against their contract. You’ll do this by partnering with the business, understanding their talent and people needs and plan with them in order for the providers to source the right candidates.
You won’t be expected to source candidates yourself directly, but you will be responsible for making sure we have the right partnerships and contracts in place and that these are fit for purpose.

What we’d love to see from you
A real innovator with extensive experience of RPO and PSL contract types and delivering to flexible/contingent labor requirements.
You’ll have exceptionally strong stakeholder management experience and be versed in managing relationships at Director level.
You’ll also have experience and understanding of the challenges of recruiting specialist roles – ideally within a Head Office, Betting and Gaming and/or digital tech organisation.
If you have CIPD that’s great but it’s not essential.
