Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement improvements in manufacturing process. Excellent career opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Provide support for continuous improvement activities.
• Provide project management for larger projects
• Prepare and maintain Gantt charts
• Coordinate with Lean teams.
• Participate in Lean events and follow up on approved improvements to insure their effectiveness and continued value.
• Provide leadership by guiding the activities
• Periodically on progress
• Seek assistance when confronted with obstacles
• Provide support for any major equipment and process installation and setup.
• Interface with equipment manufacturer, operations, maintenance, safety, quality
• Train affected employees
• Establish maintenance schedules, calibration needs, safety guarding and procedures, etc.
• Working with Operation Management establishes goals for improvement in Safety, Quality and productivity.
• Create and produce supporting documentation required for CAPEX on equipment (ROI)

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related.

2. 5 or more years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.

3. 1 or more years of Manufacturing Leadership experience preferred.
