The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition & Development Advisor to join our Operations division on a 12 month fixed term contract (parental leave cover). In this role, you will work as part of the People & Culture team to ensure the smooth running of our employee lifecycle. The current incumbent will be going on leave from early May and we are looking to have a minimum four week handover period before this.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruitment of all roles across the firm including Graduate and Vacationer intakes
• Co-ordination, management and planning of Learning & Development initiatives
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees
• General HR duties including updating policies, wellness initiatives, budgeting and reporting
• Assisting with the yearly renumeration and review process

About You

• 3+ years experience in a recruitment of HR generalist role
• Experience in volume recruitment is desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can develop strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to multitask and prioritise work

• This role will be based in our Melbourne CBD office (dependant on COVID restrictions) with flexible working in line with our hybrid working policy.
