William Adams Hiring for People & Culture Administrator Job at Melbourne Full Time

We are on the search for a highly motivated and enthusiastic People & Culture Administrator to join our William Adams People & Culture team.

Based in Clayton, with flexible working arrangements available, you will report directly to the People & Culture Business Partner and offer admin support in all things P&C.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work closely with the entire P&C team to provide a wide range of administrative support throughout the employee life cycle.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Being our first point of contact for all P&C enquiries on the phone and email
• Drafting employment contracts and coordinating the onboarding process
• Managing our company wide work experience program
• Organising our induction program
• Maintaining the administrative side of employee paperwork, performance appraisals, exit interviews and other P&C processes

ABOUT YOU

You thrive on ‘being the customers needs’ and your attention to detail and organisational skills are second to none. Your proactive and flexible approach will make you perfect for this busy and dynamic role.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and have completed or currently undertaking a formal HR qualification.

To be considered for this role you must have the following skills, experience & attributes:

• Working knowledge of the end to end employee life cycle
• Basic award interpretation and knowledge of employment contracts
• Ability to engage well with all levels, display empathy and maintain confidentiality
• Advanced Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Adaptable and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
