Position Summary:
The Director of Recruitment, Early Career Change MBA (EC/CC) is a
member of the Atkinson School’s leadership team and works with
school leadership and other internal and external stakeholders to
provide strategic direction, management, and hands-on service in
all aspects of the program’s operations, but especially in the
recruitment, admission, and retention of students in the EC/CC
program, which includes students in the 3+2 BA/MBA program. Among
the duties for which this position is responsible, the Director of
Recruitment collaborates to: 1) manage enrollment, including
admission policy creation and implementation, scholarship
development and disbursement, and recruitment planning and
assessment to fulfill annual goals for enrollment, increase student
retention and tuition revenue, and market the program; 2) provide
student support services; 3) engage with University and community
partners to develop programs and partnerships that support
enrollment; and 5) provide general programmatic and administrative
support to the EC/CC program, its faculty, students, and
staff.
This position reports to, and works closely with, the Senior
Associate Dean to ensure overall program quality and performance,
meet enrollment goals, and achieve strategic priorities, as well as
to provide excellent comprehensive service to the Atkinson School’s
students, faculty, and alumni. This position is based in Salem,
Oregon, but requires periodic travel to support the recruitment and
admission of full-time MBA and dual-degree students.

Salary: $80,000
Typical Work Schedule
Standard office work week; some evenings and weekends, travel
required.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Typical work is performed indoors in a normal office
environment.
