Wilhoit Properties, Inc Hiring for Training Coordinator Job at Saint Louis, MO Full Time

Wilhoit Properties, Inc is looking for a Training Administratorto join our team. This is a remote, work from home position, but may require a few nights of overnight travel per year to company meetings.

The Training Administrator is responsible for maintaining our training database, which includes on-boarding for our various training platforms and other company programs, assisting with the creation of training videos and webinars, and ensuring staff are completing their assigned training in a timely manner.

Essential Duties:

• Create new employee profiles in our online training platforms and assign courses and training paths.
• Assist with maintaining and updating documents on our company server.
• Maintain training records for all staff and ensure staff are completing their assigned training.
• Assist with the creation of web based training videos/pre-recorded webinars.
• Present training webinars to new and existing staff members.
• Provide assistance to staff members with basic questions regarding company programs and policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Several years experience in the role of a training coordinator, specialist, or equivalent.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate information in a professional manner.
• Experience in the property management industry is a huge plus.
