In this fascinating role, you’ll work with students from around the world. Based in a fast paced contact team, you’ll make and receive calls from students who need to make the right decisions about postgraduate study.

• Help students from around the world on their journey to higher education

• Be a key member in a fast paced team

• Support students who need to make the right choices about postgraduate study

We are looking for people who:

• Have some experience of customer service – phone based experience would be an advantage

• Are service orientated and will relish the opportunity to speak with and support all kinds of people, from all sorts of backgrounds and cultures

• Are highly organised individuals
