Wiley Education Services is an exciting growth business for Wiley in Australia. We uniquely understand the process of designing and implementing innovative learning experiences and comprehensive solutions that address today’s higher education challenges. We provide education solutions, including online program management services, for higher education institutions and course management tools for instructors and students.
As a key member of the Wiley Education Services Team, you will work with students from around Australia who need assistance to make the right decisions about postgraduate study – ultimately improving people’s lives and helping them reach their full potential.
You will engage with student’s who are interested in postgraduate study and proactively respond to enquiries via our various platforms.
How you will make an impact:
Engage with interested students and support enrolment efforts through various approaches including proactive/reactive phone calls and email.
Attract students to our postgraduate programs.
Interact with staff, faculty and program directors to ensure alignment.
Ensure student registration either through direct registration activities or leading students through the advising and registration process.
Forecast market opportunities and plan territory accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and student support.
Manage regular reporting to ensure achievement of internal and external partner enrolment goals.
Maintain accurate student enrolment records and documentation of interactions through database and spreadsheet management tools (CRM/SIS/ Excel.)
We are looking for people who have/are:
Driven and highly organised. Ideally, you will have some experience in customer service. Phone-based and/or live chat experience would be an advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or education related fields.
Client service-oriented individual with outstanding written and oral communication skills; Ability to relate well to others and perform duties with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to professional ethical standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel to partner institutions as required.
Experience with Salesforce is desirable, but not required.
