A combination of home and office working (near Bicester)

Part-time, 12 – 15 hours a week pro-rata (preferably worked over a minimum of 3 days)

£23,000 – 25,000 FTE, dependent on skills and experience

*Minimum AAT Technician level*

The Finance Assistant will assist the Management Accountant with;

• Monthly payroll tasks
• Payment runs
• Events prepayment schedule
• Finance and administration queries
• Financial reporting
• Processing purchase invoices, sales invoices and credit notes (incl. creating back-up spreadsheets, transferring files, posting on Xero, electronic filing)
• Bank posting & reconciliations
• Credit control through review of debtors and appropriate action
• VAT return
• Finance and performance reporting for senior management
• Ad hoc administration tasks

Minimum of 3 years experience working with management accounts, purchase & sales ledger processing, banking processes and accounting packages is essential.

Experience of Salesforce CRM and Xero is desirable.

You must have excellent numeracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Wildlife Fundraising (Central) Limited is a not for profit company, wholly owned by a partnership of 6 Wildlife Trusts. The company was formed in 2013 to provide face-to-face (F2F) membership recruitment services for the members of the company.

Wildlife Trust Members are vital as a key source of income and volunteers; and with over 150,000 members in our area of operation, they provide a powerful mandate for the Trusts to undertake their conservation work and to have significant local influence. Membership often provides the only stable, predictable source of income to the Trusts.

WFC seeks to deliver value to our Member Trusts by supplying face-to-face (venue based) member recruitment services.

Teams of fundraisers, led by a Team Leader , work at pre-arranged venues such as supermarkets, local events and county shows across the following areas; Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

Part-time hours: 12 – 15 per week
