WildBrain Hiring for Senior Desktop Support at Vancouver, BC Full Time

In this role, you will be working with our awesome IT department to provide day-to-day end-user support for our Production and Corporate employees. You will be responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops and printers. As this is a production environment you must be capable of quickly changing focus while keeping track of everything on the go.

Responsibilities:
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading PC workstations, peripherals, and application software

Providing End-User support for Corporate and Production employees

Maintaining accurate record of hardware inventory

Be a leader in the development and adoption of standard operating procedures

Developing and implementing technical controls to enhance compliance standards while leading the adoption across the organization

Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to colleagues on new technology implementations

Provide Level 3 support and resolve escalated service matters

Endorse and adopt ITIL best practices for Incident Management, Change Management practices , and participate in development of Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics

Leading daily triage and scrum meetings with the Desktop Support Team

Providing daily technical operational updates to key Stakeholders

Curating Technical support documentation and knowledge base

Qualifications:
You have 5-7 years of experience in an enterprise environment

Knowledge of PC hardware, as well as various Windows and Mac operating systems and applications

Strong working knowledge of the Windows Desktop Operating systems as well as the O365 Suite

Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Server 2016/2019 platforms

You make a conscious effort to keep up to date on new and emerging technologies

You have the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, adapting to multiple demands and shifting priorities

You are a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

You love to learn, try new things, and think outside the box
