About the Role

WildBrain is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support the development of digital, commercial and marketing strategies for our Kids & Family brands and franchises.

ing to the Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a number of digital and social channels.

Working closely with Franchise, Production, Distribution and Paid Media, you will execute on a strategy to grow adult, parent and child audiences online.

The Digital Marketing team’s purpose is to build addressable audiences and communities across social, website and other digital platforms.

We curate and commission content that captivates audiences and delivers attribution back to WildBrain brands, franchises and services with the ultimate goal of driving both direct and indirect revenue.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Digital Marketing Strategist and Director, and relevant stakeholders to develop strategy and take ownership of / oversee projects or campaigns, ensuring creative solutions are aligned to strategy and brief.
• Accountable for the management and performance of a portfolio of platforms, incl. content preparation and scheduling, brand and editorial, community management and growth, and guidelines and best practices.
• Manage monthly always-on social budget with Paid Media team. Includes building social ads to support commercial activations and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Franchise, CPLG, Distribution and Production. Presenting and representing on behalf of SMG and Digital Marketing.
• Develop and manage annual digital editorial calendar in-line with franchise plans.
• Support delivery of commercial, product and licensing needs for your Brand / s, and oversee brand-related elements of YouTube activity.
• Regular ing and insights into digital platform and content performance.
• Management of Digital Marketing Coordinator / s, junior team members, and / or agency staff. Ensuring all operational functions are fulfilled and best practice is employed while supporting their personal development.
• Ensure all material and activity is of appropriate quality and complies with relevant guidelines and procedures. Ensure the correct functioning of escalation and issue management procedures.
• Ensure that communities and conversations on channels are managed in-line with the agreed strategy and in the brand’s tone of voice, and ensure that the agreed strategy is translated into creative briefs.

Qualifications

• A proven background in content creation and creativity within a digital space to build and engage online audiences.
• An excellent knowledge of the digital landscape and experience of online video and social media platforms.
• Working to tight deadlines and managing key stakeholder relationships – an organised and proactive person.
• Experience with data analytics tools and campaign measurement. Able to interpret data and recognize the story it tells.
• It is important that you will have experience managing multiple campaigns and projects, and executing a strategic plan with a digital focus.

You’ll have experience managing global digital channels (Social, Web, CRM) and are a strong multi-tasker.

A passion for TV, innovative digital brands and Children’s content. You will keep up to date with current industry trends.

You can adapt to a rapidly changing environment and develop skills according to the changing needs of the business.
