Wild recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an employment engagement specialist to join a business in Chandlers Ford, supporting c200 members of staff.

You would work within the HR team who specialise in employee relations and talent acquisition.

You would be responsible for the following:

• Being the first point of contact for all internal employee communication
• Taking lead of employee engagegement within the business, i.e. regularly engaging with employees and carrying out employment surveys
• Working closely with hiring managers to identify needs for recruitment
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Including posting job adverts, screening candidates and carrying out inductions
• Creating reports to identify future hiring needs
• Communicating with external agencies and understand current market trends.
