Our small, privately owned retail store is looking for an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication skills and a passion for client engagement. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for helping the store manager manage day-to-day operations and ensure that the company’s brand standards are maintained. We’re interested in hiring an individual with a positive attitude who’s excited to grow their career and make a positive impact on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to create a concise and complete schedule within a short time period.
- Work in tandem with the General Manager, Keeping them up to date on the store’s business and operations.
- Assist in hiring and training new employees and evaluating existing employees’ performance.
- Keep track of inventory, request re-stocking as needed., work with vendors to place supply orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
