Our client a leading higher education organisation is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Liaising with HR Business Partners, using data to identify the best way to market vacancies

• Adverts through contact with various social media channels
• Develop and standardise recruitment documents and procedures
• Knowledgeable and able to communicate and provide advice on compliance and regulations
• Take account of internal and external change, being compliant with DBS and UKVI

Skills /Experience required:

• Experience of working in HR/Recruitment
• Able to use recognised ATS/HR software/database system
• Experience of working with middle managers
• Tracking and managing recruitment processes
• Knowledge and understanding of employment Law
• Able to use on line platform to source candidates
• Good Knowledge of MS Office

This role will require you to work from home
