Come live and work in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains at a exclusive high-end fly fishing club with approximately 25 guests per week in beautiful Deckers, Colorado.
Our server interacts directly with members and their guests throughout the week. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, self confident, with good manners and a strong work ethic. Duties will be to serve members & guests breakfast and dinner, prepare lunches, as well as maintain dining room order and appearance on a continuous basis. This position includes rotational dishwashing duties shared by all staff. Prior server experience is preferred but not required. When waitstaff duties are finished, servers will be expected to help in other areas of employment, including keeping the grounds attractive, housekeeping, or other areas of need.
Employees will have onsite housing and meals provided. There is no cell phone service, but there is good wifi and a land line in the main lodge. The closest town is either Woodland Park (26 miles) or Conifer (30 miles).
