WickedBall Hiring for Social Media Influencer Full Time

WickedBall Chicago is looking to hire a Social Media influencer with an epic personality for our indoor location and MOBILE TEAM! Is that you? This is a hybrid role with two focuses – Managing our social media, and assisting the General Manager with event’s and revenue. The primary focus would be social media content and post, and secondary would be networking, creating events and relationships. This position has room for growth as well. You get to be a part of an indoor arena with Bubble Soccer, Archery Tag, Nerf Battles, Laser Tag and Dodgeball, filled with TV’s and table games! Your friends will want to come visit you. We have a liquor license, so if your basset certified, that’s a plus, if not, we will get you certified! We are the first of our kind in this industry and growing rapidly. Come join an extremely fun atmosphere, where we have team outings, and you get to have fun while working! We have been in business for over 7 years, and plan on opening another location this year. We have hundreds of amazing reviews, check them out! We have a very laid back environment and fun work culture. Our employee’s have a blast working for us. Think of it as getting paid to have fun. We are in the process of opening another location also.

Requirements –
At least 18 years of age. Have reliable transportation. Ability to submit and pass a background check and a clean driving record. Ability to work weekends and evening shifts highly preferred. Fun and outgoing personality. Prefer game minded or competitive individuals. We are looking for individuals looking to work inside our store AND mobile business. Open availability is highly preferred. Being able to lift at least 40lbs is crucial, as we are busy in the summer, and moving inflatable equipment will be common during this time. We are only interested in candidates with proven experience and metrics in this role.

Desired skills that would be a plus!-

Graphic design / E-mail marketing / Social Media Management/ CRM experience / Excel spreadsheets/ Google analytics or Adwords . TIKTOK influencer, If you have any of these, PLEASE mention this! This is a big plus. REALLY REALLY BIG PLUS.

Who are we looking for?

Social Media side- Do you have previous marketing experience? Are you good at making viral videos that captures the audience attention? Are you familiar with video editing software? Are you able to make flyers, and have experience with graphic design? If you have all of these, amazing! We are open to seeing what you can bring to the table. If you know how to make our social media platforms go viral, and grow our audience, we are interested! TikTok, FB, Insta, Twitter, Snap.

We are very interested in someone that can help grow our TIKTOK audience with viral videos, and daily content. You need to have the eye and editing skills for this.

You would be in charge of all of our social media outlets. You’d be responsible for curating content daily and generating revenue/leads from these accounts. You would be paid a commission on top of revenue earned also!

This person would be the face of the company, taking the company to new levels throughout their career. Someone with a bubbly personality, hard work ethic, a competitive nature, and desire to really help evolve the business because of their creativity and effort. You need to be quick thinking, and very personable.

You would work directly with the General Manager and giving them daily s. There are goals in place as well for this position. If you believe you have what it takes, we would love to hear from you.

Someone that is super friendly, amusing, entertaining, creative, and gets happiness from seeing others laugh and smile. Your attitude and personality are going to go a long way with this position. Please be sure to take the assessment provided for the fastest response. Previous experience with events, festivals, social gatherings, or background preferred. Must be good at public speaking, and engaging with customers to make sure they are having a great time. Anyone with Event, promotional, or bar experience is great also. Critical thinking is highly preferred. We love people that are creative, and able to think on their feet to solve problems, and come out on top. This is a really fun job, and we are looking for someone with an incredible work ethic, and desire to learn, and succeed. We love those who can crush goals and expectations.
