Ofsted outstanding can only be achieved by providing outstanding childcare from the service of great, high calibre practitioners.

You must be qualified to at least Level 3 in Childcare for this role and will work as part of the team to deliver outstanding care whilst providing a safe, fun, progressive learning and curious environment to children aged between three months and four years of age. You must love a natural environment and the great outdoors, have dreams and big goals for your future. We have, and we encourage you to have the same.

You will need to demonstrate your commitment to children treating every child as an individual and ensure their personal development needs are being met, in line with the EYFS and Birth to Three Matters. You will do this by ensuring your key children’s development records are up to date and fully reflect their individual progress.

Your working hours will be between 7.30am and 6.00pm, 4 days per week.

The nursery is divided into many playrooms for individual age groups. Outside is a large, enclosed and fully equipped garden with separate areas for different activities.
