Your key duties will be:

Support our managers with the recruitment process (job descriptions, advertising through to appointment)
Coordinate and administer employee onboarding and offboarding process
Manage and support general HR admin tasks such as employee leave, changes to employment, change to employee details
Preparation of contracts, variations and other documents
Provide admin support during annual performance & salary reviews
Assist with ongoing HR-related projects and initiatives

Your skills & experience will be:

Proven HR experience
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
People-focused
Strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to people at all levels
Have strong attention to detail
Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and changing priorities
Strong computer skills
