POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness, servicing, and supporting through respectful, collaborative, agile, determined, and driven interactions with customers and our team members. This role requires individuals who are customer-focused, responsible, dedicated, enthusiastic & confident with strong interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service. Ability to make decisions based off of data analytics.
Technology: Gorgias and Shopify expierience preferred
